CONSIDER IT COVERED
Why Regular Roof Inspections Matter
Roofs don’t usually fail all at once. Most issues start small.
Regular roof inspections can:
- Identify minor concerns before they grow
- Help extend the life of your roofing system
- Provide confidence that everything is functioning as it should
Many homeowners choose to schedule inspections annually or after major weather events. Others request inspections when considering repairs, replacement, or a home purchase.
The goal is prevention and understanding, not urgency.
What We Check During a Roof Inspection
Our inspection typically includes:
- Shingle condition and wear
- Roof edges and transitions
- Flashing around chimneys, vents, and penetrations
- Signs of moisture intrusion
- Attic or interior indicators when accessible
- Gutter condition and drainage performance
- Ventilation and airflow considerations
What Sets Our Inspections Apart
You’re not getting a quick glance, you’re getting a thorough inspection from professionals trained to look carefully and explain clearly. Our goal is simple: give homeowners real answers without pressure or guesswork.
- Experienced Inspectors Focused on Roofing Systems
- Photo-Documented Findings, Not Just a Checklist
- Clear Recommendations Without Sales Pressure
- Actionable Reports You Can Actually Use
Our team is trained to observe and document. If something needs attention, we explain why. If everything looks good, we’ll tell you that too.
Our Roof Replacement Process
Inspection
Every project begins with a thorough inspection to assess the condition of your existing roof. We explain what we see and answer your questions before any decisions are made.
Clear Recommendations
If replacement makes sense, we walk you through your options and provide a detailed, straightforward estimate. No pressure. No surprises.
Final Confirmations
Your dedicated field supervisor will call the night before for an introduction, confirmation of project details, and arrival times. On the morning your project begins, your labor foreman will stop by for a quick walk through and answer any last-minute questions.
The Work Begins!
Once work is underway, our team stays closely involved from start to finish. We complete regular site visits to make sure everything meets our quality standards and stays aligned with your expectations. We keep you updated on progress so you always know how things are going.
Final Walk-Through & Completion
Before we wrap up, we’ll do a final walk-through with you. This gives you a chance to review the work and make sure everything looks great. Once the walk-through is complete, we will officially close out the project.

Got an estimate from a wonderful guy named Justin, who was great. Estimate was double the lowest one I got, and a little less than double the next highest. They do use high pressure sales tactics to try and get you to sign the same day, but their people are really nice and personable.Posted on Google Steve MarsicekTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. David knew his product!Posted on Google Lucy LiuTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Honestly a joke but was expected overall. Had roof inspection scheduled, tech Daniel showed up, before he began inspection I asked would I receive copies of images taken and repairs needed he said yes, assured I would. Did inspection came back and said only issues was a portion of the roof, apparently it couldn’t be repaired and I “have to get whole roof redone” after the spill of downing other companies and products for a small two story roof, less than 1000sq ft $14k, then said can discount for today only at $12k, I asked again ok can you send over photos so I could discuss w spouse and confirm we wanted to do it, Daniel said ok and to allow two minutes. Two minutes passed and now all of a sudden they down to $10k after speaking w manager. I asked about just repairing they denied saying they don’t do repairs but the site says otherwise, yet overall still no pictures and was constantly pressed about agreeing to a price before sending over thorough inspection and assessment. Also before I could discuss w spouse as I stated numerous times that’s what I wanted to do. The whole women don’t know much or don’t know anything is played.
