How a Vault Roofing Project Works
Every project follows the same path, whether you need a full replacement or new gutters.
Step One, Your Free Roof Inspection
It starts with a call or a form on this site. We book a time that fits your schedule and send an inspector to your home.
We check shingles, flashing, underlayment, valleys, attic ventilation, and any sign of moisture intrusion. We photograph the
areas you cannot see from the ground. The inspection is free and carries no obligation.
Step Two, What We Found, Explained
You get the findings while we are still at your property. Photos of the lifted shingles, the worn flashing, the ventilation gap in the
attic: you look at the same images we do.
We tell you what needs attention now, what can wait a season, and what is fine as it is. No pressure and no sales script. Plenty of
homeowners finish this visit with a repair plan and no replacement.
Step Three, Your Estimate and Your Install Date
Your written estimate lists the roofing system we recommend, the materials, the work included, and the price. Financing options
are available if you would like to spread the cost.
Once you approve it, we pull the permits your municipality requires and confirm your installation date. You know who is coming
and when.
Step Four, Installation Day
Materials and a dumpster arrive before installation day, delivered on pallets and placed near your home. Our crew protects
landscaping, siding, and windows before the first shingle comes off.
Then the old roof comes off. We review the decking underneath and address any damaged sections before the new system goes
on, layer by layer: underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and shingles. Gutter work follows the same standard, with aluminum
systems fabricated on site for accurate pitch and alignment. Most homes are finished in one to three days.
Step Five, Final Walkthrough and Warranty
Before we call a project complete, we clear the site. Our catch-all system and magnets collect nails and debris across the yard
and driveway. If we miss something, tell us and we come back for it.
Then we walk the property with you. You see the finished roof, the gutter lines, and the cleaned-up yard, and we answer
whatever is still open. Your lifetime workmanship warranty is registered and documented, and it transfers in full if you sell the
home.

A little preparation on your end keeps installation day moving.
Kids and Pets
For everyone's safety, please keep children and pets away from the work area during your project. Roofing is loud, and materials and tools can be hazardous. Treat the outside of your home as a work zone until the job is complete.
The Yard
Your roof is secured with thousands of nails, and we take cleanup seriously. Our team runs magnets across the property and aims to collect nearly all of it. Trimmed grass helps us reach everything. If we miss anything, just let us know and we will return to take care of it.
Satellite Dishes
If you have a satellite dish or antenna, tell us whether it needs to be reattached after your project. We do our best to reset it. You may still need to contact your provider to fine tune or restore the signal.
The Attic and Walls
Removal and installation cause vibration through the house. Use your best judgment and cover or remove items from walls, shelves, and attic spaces before we start.
Breakables and Outdoor Items
Move or protect the things around your home ahead of time. That includes potted plants, grills, patio furniture, and anything fragile in the landscaping.
The Driveway
Materials and the dumpster are delivered before installation day on pallets and placed near your home. Please make sure there is enough space for our crew and equipment.
